“The monster I created to protect the child inside of me is difficult to manage”

Living Beyond Old Patterns

At some point, many of us realize that the strategies that once helped us survive are no longer helping us live.

Anxiety, depression, trauma, anger, and relationship difficulties often emerge when old patterns can no longer carry us forward. What once protected us may now leave us feeling stuck, disconnected, or uncertain about our place in the world.

Therapy is an opportunity to better understand those patterns, develop new ways of relating to yourself and others, and reconnect with what brings meaning and purpose to your life. Through a blend of evidence-based approaches such as CBT and DBT, together with a deeper exploration of identity, freedom, and personal meaning, we can create a path toward a life that feels more authentic and fulfilling.

Life Coaching & Creating a Life That Fits

In addition to being a Clinical Mental Health Counselor, I also offer life coaching services to help individuals find greater purpose, meaning, and direction in their lives.

Life coaching is different from therapy. Therapy focuses on healing emotional wounds, understanding behavioral patterns, managing symptoms, and navigating psychological challenges. Coaching focuses on a different question: what now?

Many people seek coaching during periods of transition, growth, or self-reflection. You may be ending a relationship, pursuing a new goal or simply feeling that something is missing.

As a coach, I can help clients explore questions of purpose, identity, values, and direction. Together, we identify what matters most, clarify meaningful goals, and create a path toward a life that feels more authentic, intentional and fulfilling.
